Kang Tae Kim出生於1997年,6歲開始學琴。12歲進入韓國國立天才藝術研究院就讀,接受Yoon-Ju Oh教授的指導。2016年進入國立首爾大學,受教於Hee-Sung Joo教授。11歲時,首此亮相於原州愛樂樂團的音樂會中,並在12歲時舉辦了KUMHO神童音樂會。之後陸續於國際大賽中獲獎,如:KBS-KEPCO音樂比賽第一獎(2019)、Suri音樂大賽大獎、Busan音樂比賽第一獎(2016)等。
Kang Tae Kim被選為京畿道藝術中心的青年藝術家,並舉辦多次個人音樂會。
Kang Tae Kim was born in 1997 and began playing the piano at six.He attended the Korea National Institute for the Gifted in Arts at the age of 12 and studied under the guidance of Professor Yoon-Ju Oh from 2009 to 2014. He has been a student of Professor Hee-Sung Joo since 2016 at the College of Music, Seoul National University. He made his performing debut at age 11 in recital with the Wonju Philharmonic Orchestra and he had KUMHO Prodigy Concert at the age of 12. In 2019 he won the 3rd Prize at the Tongyeong - ISANG YUN Competition (WFIMC), and in 2018 He won 2nd Prize, Takamatsu International Piano Competition (WFIMC). Also, He won "Giovanni Turcotti" Special Prize, Valsesia Musica International Competition, 1st Prize, BIMFA (Beijing International Music Festival & Academy) Concerto Competition,1st Prize, Osaka International Music Competition. He is a prizewinner in most prestigious domestic competitions. In 2019 he won the 1st Prize at the KBS-KEPCO Music Competition, Grand Prix, Suri Music Concours,2016 1st Prize, Busan Music Competition. He was selected as Young Artist of the Gyeonggi Art Center through auditions and held numerous solo concerts, and is being awarded a scholarship to the Gangwon Human Resources Development Foundation.
